A B O U T

My name is Kyri Mouzouris, and I am the founder of Muzuri Ware, a ceramics studio based in Highgate, North London. With a background in architectural design and a hands-on foundation in carpentry, blacksmithing, and ceramics, I established the studio to specialise in the creation of refined, functional utility ware.

My practice is deeply influenced by Japanese craft and design principles, with a particular emphasis on texture, material integrity, and the beauty of imperfection. I work primarily with locally sourced, foraged materials and wild clay to produce distinctive, considered pieces. Currently, my focus lies in crafting bespoke tableware and teaware, supplying a number of Michelin-starred restaurants throughout the UK, Europe & US.
